By combining two distinctly different materials (steel & wood) we have collaborated with Miniforms to create a series of conical pendant lights that reveal the inner grains of the beech wood top by carving into the cone in order to attain a three dimensional pendant that provides multiple profiles depending on its viewing angle. Slope by Miniforms is a complete set of lamps, born from the simple idea of dressing the bulb: a body made in solid wood and a colored metal shade become an essential source of light.

Slope by Miniforms is a complete set of lamps, born from the simple idea of dressing the bulb: a body made in solid wood and a colored metal shade become an essential source of light.The Milan based design consultancy "Skrivo" specialises in industrial design across furniture and lighting sectors working with manufacturers across Europe. The projects always try to be conscious of the available manufacturing methods while taking into special consideration the materials through constant research into new ones in order to create products that attain a balance between the functional and aesthetics in order to create innovative products. The studio was founded in 2011 by the Croatian/Irish product designer Stefan Krivokapic. In the past he has received a number of prestigious awards including: Best Furniture Designer by Elle Decor Croatia, 1st place at the New Office Designer Awards,the Gold Award at the Samsung Young Design Awards, & most recently finalist at the 2013 edition of the Young & Design Awards.
